Built into the Osaka Bay Tower complex at Bentencho, Solaniwa recreates a castle-town onsen resort: you change into a colourful yukata, wander shops and restaurants, stroll an outdoor Japanese garden with a long foot bath, and bathe in natural hot spring baths and saunas. It's popular with families and couples and very photogenic in the evening when the garden lanterns light up.
