About
Architect Tadao Ando designed and donated this library, which opened in Nakanoshima Park. Its three-storey atrium is lined floor to ceiling with books, and the bronze green apple sculpture by the entrance is one of Osaka's best-known photo spots. Entry is free in timed sessions, either reserved online or on a same-day first-come basis.
