About
The rose garden fills the eastern part of Nakanoshima Park on a narrow island between two rivers. Beds of roses frame views of the red-brick Osaka City Central Public Hall and the old stone bridges, which makes it one of central Osaka's most photogenic spots in spring and autumn. Entry is free and the park is always open.
