Lockers just outside JR Universal City's gate and in Universal CityWalk, plus four big banks at the Universal Studios Japan entrance (East, West, North and in-park). Large units fit carry-on cases.

About

JR Universal City opens onto Universal CityWalk and, three minutes on, Universal Studios Japan. There's a locker bank right outside the station gate in the direction of the park, more in CityWalk near the 3F city gate stairs, and a staffed temporary baggage room close to the station. At the park itself, the East Locker (left of the gates as you face them), West Locker (right), North Locker (on the way from the parking lot) and an In-Park Locker by the toilets inside the entrance offer small, medium and large units; the outside banks have changers and the park lockers can be reused during the day. Large suitcases may not fit, so hotel guests usually leave bags at their CityWalk-area hotel.

Tips

• Arrive before opening: lockers at the gates fill as soon as the park opens
• Many park rides require loose items to go in ride lockers, so carry a small bag
• Most lockers are cleared after 3 days and the contents go to the station lost-property office, so don't use them for multi-day storage
