About
Shoryuji Castle was the Hosokawa clan's base in the 16th century and where Hosokawa Gracia married. The site was rebuilt as a park in 1992 with gates, walls, moats, a pond garden and an exhibition room. It hosts the Nagaokakyo Gracia Festival each November.
