Goro Sky Tower stands at the top of Gorogatake Park in Maizuru, on the Sea of Japan coast of Kyoto Prefecture. Its glass observation room gives a full panorama of Maizuru Bay's inlets and islands, the naval port and the city. The view from Gorogatake was voted first in the Kinki 100 Views. The tower is lit up at night and the park has walking trails.
