About
Banyan Tree's first Japanese hotel sits on the slopes above Kiyomizu-dera and Kodai-ji. Some rooms have private onsen baths and views over the city. Its outdoor Noh stage, the only one in a Kyoto hotel, hosts Noh and contemporary performances, and the Ryozen restaurant overlooks it; dining is open to non-guests by reservation.
