About

Santan ("Three Soups") opened around 2024 and quickly climbed the Beppu rankings with a style rarely seen locally: chicken-based ramen in clear and creamy (paitan) versions, including the signature Yuki-hime ("snow princess") ramen, with house-made noodles. Its Google rating is among the highest of any Beppu ramen shop. It has parking and is a 7-minute walk from Beppu-Daigaku Station.
