About
Yakumo opened in Nakameguro in 1999 and moved to Ikejiri-Ohashi, where it introduced its white-soy 'shiro dashi' alongside the original dark-soy 'kuro dashi'. The soup uses pork, chicken, kombu, dried shrimp, shiitake and several dried fish. The special wonton noodles, with both shrimp and pork wontons, are the signature; the official site cites nine consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand selections.
