About
Saigoyama Park sits on the edge of a plateau above Nakameguro, on land that belonged to the Meiji statesman Saigo Tsugumichi. Its lawn slopes down from an observation deck that looks west over the rooftops, and on clear winter evenings you can see Mt Fuji at sunset. A small waterfall, plum and cherry trees make it pretty in spring. Free.
