About
The museum explains how Edo grew into a city of a million people thanks to the Kanda and Tamagawa aqueducts, with excavated wooden water mains, a life-size reconstruction of an Edo tenement well and models of later waterworks. Upper floors cover the modern system. A small garden outside reproduces part of the old Kanda aqueduct.
