About

Suzuharu has become one of central Tokyos most talked-about modern ramen shops. Its best-known bowl is kombu-water tsukesoba: noodles resting in a silky kombu infusion that you first taste plain and then dip into a concentrated soy-and-chicken sauce. The clear shoyu ramen is equally refined. It is a short walk from Hongo-sanchome station and the Akamon gate of the University of Tokyo, and takes reservations through TableCheck as well as walk-ins.
