About

After closing its original Odaiba home in 2022, teamLab Borderless reopened in February 2024 in the basement of Azabudai Hills. The concept is deliberately disorienting: there is no map and no set route, and the artworks themselves move, so flowers, birds and calligraphy strokes drift out of one room and into the next. Signature spaces include the Light Sculpture room of laser beams, the Bubble Universe of glowing spheres and mirrored puddles, the Infinite Crystal World, and the Sketch Ocean where kids colour fish that are scanned and released into a projected sea. The EN TEA HOUSE serves green tea in which digital flowers bloom in your cup. Plan at least two hours; part of the fun is getting properly lost.
