About
Chef Masuda trained for eight years at Sukiyabashi Jiro before opening in Aoyama in 2014; he went on to win Michelin stars and a place among Tabelog's highest-rated sushi counters. The style is pure, focused Edomae with a brisk rhythm, served at a beautiful single-plank hinoki counter. Expect excellent kohada and tuna and an atmosphere that is serious but not stiff.
