About
Setagaya's new city hall replaced the ward's old offices, and the top floor of its East Wing houses a free observation lobby next to the ward assembly gallery. The windows face south-west over the low-rise residential districts of Setagaya, and on clear days Mt Fuji can be seen on the horizon. It is open only on weekdays during office hours.
