Opened in 2003, Roppongi Hills combines offices, housing, a hotel, a TOHO cinema and several hundred shops and restaurants. The Mori Tower's upper floors hold the Mori Art Museum and Tokyo City View observation deck, while the Japanese-style Mori Garden and Louise Bourgeois's Maman spider sculpture sit at ground level. Keyakizaka Street is lined with luxury brands and has winter illuminations.
