Toy Box is a calm, eight-seat counter near Minowa. Its shoyu ramen pairs a dense chicken oil with a sharp, clear soy tare for a broth that is both rich and clean, over Taisei Shokuhins medium-thin straight noodles, with two kinds of chashu (loin and belly).
