CiQUE's signature is shio ramen: a clear broth of chicken bones, seafood, kombu and aromatic vegetables with thin curly whole-wheat noodles. The grilled tomato shio ramen, crowned with a whole roasted tomato, is the house speciality. It was on the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list in 2017-2020 and 2022-2024.
