About

Named after Peter Lam rather than the rabbit, The Peninsula's top-floor bar is a shimmering room of mirrored surfaces and night-sky lighting designed by Yabu Pushelberg. The views over the Imperial Palace, Hibiya Park and the Ginza skyline are superb, and unlike many hotel bars there is no cover charge. Cocktails are classic and well made, and the Sunday to Thursday happy hour makes it one of the better-value luxury bars in Tokyo.
