OUTLAND TOKYO is a newer outdoor base next to Shiromaru Station, one stop before Okutama, with views over Lake Shiromaru. It runs SUP and kayak tours on the lake as well as rafting in the Mitake gorge, with an emphasis on careful safety briefings for beginners.
