About
Built in 1988 on the old course of the Shakujii River, this park recreates the Otonashi valley that was a scenic spot in the Edo period, with rocky upstream rapids, a gentler stream, a water wheel and wooden bridges. In summer children paddle in the water; in spring and autumn cherries and maples line the banks.
