About
King Seimen is a ten-seat counter in Oji-Honcho whose noodles are made in the adjoining noodle room. The ramen is light and clear, built on a white dashi broth with shoyu, and the signature "all-in" adds house-made wontons and chashu to the house-made medium-thick noodles. Noodle portions are 130 g or 180 g. Lines form before opening.
