About
Opened in 2023 by a cook from Nogata's well-known miso ramen shop Hanamichi-an, Tasakaya quickly made the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list. The miso broth is rich and fragrant with ginger and spices, served with chewy medium-thick noodles and tender pork chashu. There are also spicy miso and mazemen versions.
