About
Menya Kissou opens only on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays and draws long lines for its tsukemen and ramen, which balance animal and seafood stocks rather than going heavy on either. Noodles come in large portions, and the chashu is made from Japanese pork. It was on the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list every year from 2017 to 2024.
