About

Honda started in Higashi-Jujo and moved to this spot under the JR tracks at Akihabara. The noodles are handmade, and the signature is kombu-water tsukemen with a dipping sauce that balances soy and dashi, generously topped with three kinds of chashu (low-temperature pork and seared chicken), a seasoned egg, nori and menma. The shoyu ramen is excellent too. It is the best quick high-end bowl in Akihabara, perfect between electronics and anime shops.
