Akihabara is a JR, Hibiya Line and Tsukuba Express hub, and the JR side has the best locker supply, around the Electric Town Exit and the newer Central Exit. Big shopping trips here (figures, electronics) are a common reason to need extra space; several large tax-free stores will also hold purchases or ship them. Note that Akihabara's large lockers are often taken by midday.
