Ikebukuro East Tourist Information occupies the ground floor of the Toshima Civic Center (the base of the Toshima ward office tower), five minutes' walk from Ikebukuro Station East Exit. Staff speak Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean and cover Sunshine City, Otome Road and the anime shops, Pokemon Center Mega Tokyo, the Ikebukuro parks and Toshima's lesser-known sights like the Tokiwaso Manga Museum. Advance tickets for performances at Tokyo Tatemono Brillia HALL in the same building are sold here. There are toilets, a nursing room, coin lockers and free Wi-Fi.
