The 38th and 39th floors of Ebisu Garden Place Tower hold the TOP of YEBISU restaurant floor, which includes free window lounges open to anyone. One side faces central Tokyo with Tokyo Tower, Roppongi and Rainbow Bridge, the other looks west over low-rise Tokyo toward Mt Fuji on clear days. Take the direct TOP of YEBISU elevator from the tower lobby.
