Eagle has operated since 1967 in a two-level basement behind the former Studio Alta building, serving cocktails alongside old-school Western bar food such as crab-miso butter canapes, escargots and a cold beef and green-onion roll created in 1974. With 50 seats it handles groups better than most Hyakumeiten bars.
