Inside the JR West Gate, on the right of the stairs down to platform 1, a bank has 11 small lockers and 9 large 800-yen units that take a suitcase, with IC, coin and note payment. Just outside the gate on the left are 10 small and 6 medium lockers that take coins only. Underground at the Toei Oedo Line, turn left out of the gate and right before the A3 stairs for 15 small and 3 medium lockers (coins only), or go right to the end of the A1/A2 passage for the best Oedo bank: 10 mini, 7 small, 6 medium and 6 large lockers with IC payment. Because Yoyogi is a short walk from Shinjuku's south side and Takashimaya Times Square, these banks often still have space when Shinjuku's are full.
