About
Owner-bartender Makoto Katsumata trained under Minoru Ishizawa of Dalton and Kenji Otsuki of Bar Opa before opening Four Seasons in 2005. The bar keeps Ginza traditions but aims to welcome first-timers, with a signature Four Seasons citrus cocktail, seasonal fruit drinks such as kumquat and strawberry, whiskies and simple snacks like house pickles.
