Run by the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau, this desk on the 1F central concourse of JR Osaka Station is the first stop for most visitors arriving in Umeda. English, Chinese and Korean speakers help with routes, sell sightseeing passes and attraction tickets, and stock free maps of Kita, Minami and the Bay Area. It opens early and closes late, so it's useful even after an evening Shinkansen arrival.
