When every large locker around the Central Gate is gone (often by 10:00 on weekends), Crosta is the dependable fallback at Osaka Station. It sits on the ground-floor central concourse, outside the ticket gates, so you can drop bags without a train ticket. Staff tag each item and charge a flat per-item daily rate for anything under 2 m and 30 kg, and bags can stay for multiple days. The same counter runs a same-day hotel delivery service ("carry service"): drop before noon and the bag is at your central Osaka hotel in the evening, which makes a check-in-day of sightseeing in Umeda painless. Advance booking is possible on the official Crosta site, useful in Golden Week, Obon and New Year.
