Toki no Hiroba is a public plaza on the 5th floor of Osaka Station, spanning the tracks between the North and South Gate buildings. The deck is indoors under the vast station roof, with railings overlooking the platforms and the Gold and Silver Clocks nearby. It is free and needs no ticket; there are benches and cafes around it.
