About
Sushi Hijiri describes itself as the coming-together of three very different sushi chefs, each bringing their own touches to a single omakase. It entered Tabelogs Sushi WEST 100 for the first time in 2025 and now operates in the Grand Green Osaka complex on the Umekita redevelopment next to Osaka Station, part of a cluster of high-end chef-driven restaurants. The counter seats 14, everything is by reservation, and the course is a long sequence of carefully aged and seasoned nigiri with small dishes. It is a showcase of the new generation of Osaka sushi.
