Grand Front Osaka opened in 2013 on the former Umekita freight yard, directly north of JR Osaka Station. The South and North buildings hold fashion, lifestyle and outdoor brands, Japanese design and lifestyle stores, dining floors and the Umekita Dining area. A walkway links it to the new Grand Green Osaka park next door. The 9th-floor Umekita Garden and North Building rooftop are relaxing escapes.
