About
Satsukiyama Park spreads over the lower slopes of 315 m Mt. Satsuki, Ikeda's landmark hill, and is known for cherry blossoms, azaleas and autumn colours. Eight hiking courses and four observation points look out over the Osaka plain, and the park has been selected among Osaka's 100 green spots. Its free zoo keeps Australian wombats and wallabies as well as alpacas.
