Ramen Jinsei JET ラーメン人生JET
A Fukushima legend since 2010 for its creamy "chicken stewed soba": a thick, velvety chicken paitan with a whisper of seafood, two minutes from JR Fukushima.
Special with extra toppings: ¥1,300
About
Ramen Jinsei JET, roughly "Ramen is life", opened in 2010 and became one of the shops that defined Osaka's new-wave ramen scene. Its signature tori nikomi soba is a chicken broth simmered until it turns opaque and spoonable, lightly backed by fish for depth, served with medium noodles, chashu and a sharp hit of onion. Tsukemen and limited specials rotate in. It has been on the Tabelog Ramen 100 lists for years and still posts a rating around 3.75 with nearly 4,000 reviews. There is a JET600 sister shop near Tamatsukuri.
