About

Moeyo Mensuke made its name with two bowls. The Kishu duck soba layers rich duck fat and soy over a clear broth, while the Golden Shellfish Soba is a delicate, almost glowing shio soup built from clams and scallops. Both come with thin noodles, rare chashu and grilled leek, and side bowls of duck rice turn it into a full meal. A Tabelog Ramen OSAKA 100 fixture with a rating around 3.76, it is the parent of the even more acclaimed Mugi to Mensuke. The shop is tiny and the meal-ticket machine sits by the door.
