As the name (Mitsuboshi Noodle Factory) suggests, the noodles are the star here. Thick, glossy, wheat-forward strands are made in house and served cold or warm beside a dense gyokai-tonkotsu dipping soup, the style Tokyo made famous, done with Osaka value. The rich tsukemen is the bestseller; there are also lighter ramen and limited bowls.
