Osaka Mentetsu opened in 2014 near Ohatsu Tenjin, carrying on the Mentetsu name famous in Kansai ramen circles. The focus is on noodles made in house to match each soup and on clear, well-structured shoyu and shio broths; summer brings a famous cold limited bowl.
