About
Mozu Hachimangu is the guardian shrine of the Mozu area, close to the World Heritage tomb mounds. Its grounds feature a sacred camphor tree, and each autumn the neighbourhood carries massive futon-daiko floats in a lively festival. The shrine is also popular for its embroidered and haniwa-themed goshuin.
