Bar Nayuta hides on the fifth floor of a building facing Triangle Park in Amerikamura, behind a low door you have to duck through. Inside is a dim, rustic ten-seat room lined with jars of house-made infusions, bitters and liqueurs. There is no menu: you describe your mood and preferences and the bartenders compose something for you, often using Japanese fruit, tea and herbs. It entered Asias 50 Best Bars extended list at No. 100 in 2025 and climbed to No. 70 in 2026, but remains a relaxed, walk-in-friendly place.
