About
Nomura Tsukudani started as a deli in Nishiki about 90 years ago and now offers around 100 kinds of tsukudani, some sold by weight. It keeps a seasonal feel, with butterbur shoots and canola-flower rice seasoning in spring. Its best seller is chirimen sansho, and many products are mildly seasoned.
