About
Kofukudo was founded in 1868 near the Gojo Ohashi Bridge, and its specialty Gojo Giboshi Monaka is shaped like the bridge's railing finials. The Nishiki shop always has around ten kinds of colorful handmade nerikiri. Seasonal sweets use mugwort in spring, jelly in summer and chestnuts in autumn, and can be mixed into an assortment.
