About
Sushi Shin serves Edomae sushi at a single-piece hinoki counter, with fish from around Japan, especially the Sea of Japan near Miyazu and Maizuru. Lunch includes a ten-piece omakase set, sea bream chazuke and seafood chirashi. Dinner is an omakase course of ten to twelve pieces and about five side dishes.
