About
Opened in spring 2023, Inumaeya serves Kobe beef skewers and yakitori with a sauce made to its own recipe. Large chunks of Kobe beef are cut and skewered on the spot, and the chicken is simmered until tender before grilling. There is seating inside, and beef sushi and other wagyu are sold too.
