Kaisen Hotate Center sells grilled seafood, skewers and seafood bowls, mainly with fresh scallops. Large scallops are grilled with butter and soy sauce and can be topped with sea urchin or salmon roe, or made al ajillo. There is seating on the second floor and groups are welcome.
