Housed in a large old Japanese building, the Barge Inn has for years been the place where pilots, flight attendants and stranded travellers end up after a day in Narita. Expect British and Irish beers on tap, pub grub such as fish and chips and burgers, darts, live sport on the screens and an easy-going English-speaking crowd. It is a short walk from both Narita stations, so it suits anyone staying overnight in town or waiting out a long layover in the evening.
