About
Sakura no Oka is a small park on the edge of the Sanrizuka area, close to the southern end of the runways, planted with roughly 114 cherry trees. In bloom season, usually late March into early April, departing or arriving jets appear over pink blossoms, a classic Narita spring photo that draws local photographers. Outside the season it is a peaceful lookout with far fewer people than Sakura no Yama.
